Special Requests Related to Product Fulfillment, Shipping or Other Requests:

Thank you for reviewing this important information before submitting your payment.  Our T Shirt fulfillment is automated and your order is sent immediately to our vendor once you complete checkout/payment even if you added a note on the Checkout Screen.

 

If you have a special request related to your purchase please contact us first before making a purchase. Please use the Contact Form (see Contact tab at top of this website). Submit your request via this form to see if we are able to honor your special processing or other requests.  We will get back to you promptly to see how we can best serve your needs.

Disclaimer on Product Sales:

 

We make every attempt to ensure the quality of products we offer you. Our T Shirt and Printed Product Fulfillment vendor will make their best effort to match the colors and graphics as closely as possible to the store product pictures. But please know that some variations may occasionally occur.

Privacy Policy:

We value your privacy as much as you do.  Your name and other information will never be given to any other entity except for the sole purpose of fulfilling your product order, or as required by law. 

 

In the case of your purchasing an item in a fundraiser event, your name will be listed as one of the recipient as one of the contributors.  If you do NOT want to be listed in this manner to the fundraiser recipient, please use the Contact Form (Contact tab at the top of this website) and let us know.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at contact@oneinlight.com and we will get back to you in a timely manner.

EU Customers, per EU regulations: EU customer have 14 days from date of purchase to cancel or return order for any reason.  Please use submit request using Contact Form at top of this website for requests and we will get back to you promptly. If your order has already shipped before we receive your refund request and there is nothing wrong with the product, then return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Supporting Raylene Terms:

​

We have created a special One-In-Light T-shirt and will give 100% of the net profit to Raylene for sales made during a 60-day period (through 9/5/18).

 

If you purchase a Raylene Fundraiser product, you agree that when we give the net profit (funds) to Raylene that you will not put a requirement as to how she is to use the money as she may have expenses and needs related to her inability to work for a period of time.

 

You agree that your participating in this fundraiser is completely voluntary.  Further you accept that neither you nor we can track how the money will actually be spent and that is acceptable to you. 

 

We do not believe this is considered a charitable donation under tax law but you should check with your accountant (and not make the purchase) if this is a deal breaker for you.
